KIR is the leading real estate private investigation firm in the New York Metropolitan area. The company specializes in investigations involving rent-controlled and rent-stabilized apartments, but also conducts background and other types of investigations. Position Description
The individual being sought will retrieve video surveillance tapes from various locations around New York City (and some areas of the Bronx) and drop them off at our offices in Midtown. 2-3 days every two weeks.
Required Skills/Orientation
MUST conduct fieldwork to retrieve ALL surveillance tapes to be compensated
(Approx. 25-30 in 2-3 days)
Must have references
Some experience and skills in Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), but willing to train
Light Knowledge of Digital Video Recorders (DVRs)
Technologically savvy
Great reading, writing and listening skills
Good judgment
Team player
